SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Cereal: can be served hot or cold. Mix with milk, cream, yogurt or a dairy alternative (for example almond or coconut milk or water). Smoothie/shake: Add 30g to blender, add milk, cream, yogurt or dairy alternative as above, add ice and sweetener if desired, and an ingredient of your choice such as berries, coffee, cocoa. Blend and enjoy. In both cases, start with a small amount of liquid and add more until desired consistency.
