AvidHiPro 5:2 FAST Diet Chocolate Coated Crunchy Chocolate Caramel bars, box of 4 bars, 35g each bar. We like these - moist but crunchy. High protein, low carbohydrate, reduced calorie, low sugar and high fibre. 2.7 g net carbs (effective carbohydrates) per 35g bar. Suitable for dieters, including Atkins dieters, sports nutrition and diabetics.
INGREDIENTS: Soy crisps (soy protein, tapioca starch, salt), Bulking agent: polydextrose, Milk chocolate coating with sweetener (sweetener: maltitol, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavourings) 20%, Humectant: glycerol, Gelatine hydrolisate, Caramel (sweetened condensed milk, glucose syrup, palm oil, sugar, caramelised syrup, emulsifer: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavourings) (3.8%), Palm oil, Milk proteins, Flavours, Emulsifier: soy lecithin, Sweetener: sucralose.
