NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g (bottle is 250g): Protein zero, Carbohydrates 83g, of which polyols 20g, fructose 63g (giving net carbs of 63g), Fat zero, Calories 300 kcal, Fibre zero, Sodium zero.

Unless using in very small amounts, not suitable for ketonic dieters because of the fructose.
